Lorentz First Choice Automotive was founded in 1983 and continues as a family business today. Our mission is to provide excellent service in repairs. Repairs are our only business. We do not sell, re-sell, or finance vehicles of any type. We have been a member in excellent standing of the Better Business Bureau for more than a decade.

We repair and maintain all makes and models of American, European, and Asian cars and light trucks up to one ton. Repair of older vehicles is not a problem. We keep a large inventory of common repair parts and supplies on hand. In addition, we have ready access to even the most obscure replacement parts and can obtain them from area suppliers or have them shipped to our location overnight.

Types of Repairs
Lorentz First Choice Automotive performs routine and preventive maintenance, such as those required to meet warranty requirements-anything from oil changes to brake jobs and everything in between. We also have full capabilities for all types of repairs and replacement of worn-out parts.

ASE Certification
All of our technicians are Certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE), an organization dedicated to improving the quality of vehicle repair through training, testing, and certification of repair professionals. Repair shops cannot be certified; only individuals can be certified. Certification standards include a requirement of two years of relevant employment and the passing of a rigorous exam administered by ACT, the nationally-recognized administrator of college and occupational examinations.

Automotive Service Association (ASA)
We are proud to be members in good standing of the Automotive Service Association (ASA), a not-for-profit organization which, since 1951, has been dedicated to advancing professionalism and excellence in the automotive repair industry through education, legislative advocacy, and member services. We fully comply with their Code of Ethics.

We provide a free preliminary diagnosis for many repair problems. If we need to go into an extensive system such as electrical or pollution control, we will let you know in advance about any charges.

We carry a huge inventory of standard parts used in the repair and maintenance of all foreign and domestic vehicles. In addition, we are minutes away from several parts dealers in our area and can get replacement parts quickly.
